with the following changes:

 

-3d craters (only for bomb explosions) [Rocko]

-Fancy ejection effects [Zguba]

-Grenade starts in the center of the screen in 'precise mode', to further improve control [Q1184]

We haven't featured any videos about Arma2 yet, so here is one that I think is showing what the game will look like. Also featured is the TrackIR5 system, which increases immersion by a lot.

We modified the original Shining Anvil mission. You play in a team consisting of 2 specialists (sniper/observer). After you are placed deep inside the enemy teritory your main objective is to take out an enemy general. Enjoy!

  

 
Avgani Iraq & Afghan Village

We installed Avgani Iraq 1.5 and Afghan Village 1.0 on the server. 

Avgani Iraq is a 5km sq. map based on the small Iraqi town of Avgani, it is located ca. 10 km north of Tall Afar. Afghan Village is a 2.5km sq. map based on a small afghani village close to Kabul.

We updated A.C.E island pack on the server to 1.13. Changes and download links below.

- Improved: coloring of trees to be more brownish and different for each tree type. 
- Added: forest environment sound for wood ground textures (wood sounded weird for open areas). 
- Fixed: Possible rpt annoyance with PK_veh class. 
- Added: cfgSurfaces classes for MikeBart's ground textures.

Server is now running on the new A.C.E version as well as accompanied by 30+ new popular community created maps, which are bundled as the A.C.E island pack.  Hopefully that will be enough for making a refreshing mission or two.
